Dutch shoe brand United Nude and fashion designer Iris van Herpen have collaborated to create crescent-shaped boots.

Titled “Biopiracy,” the new capsule collection is based on an entirely original design combining an elliptical platform sole with a cantilevered heel 7 inches off the ground, all covered in leather.

Highly conceptual and futuristic, the line includes two models: the Biopiracy Boot and the Biopiracy Peeptoe Ankle Bootie, available in either black, off white or ivory.

The “Biopiracy” collection is available in a limited edition through the United Nude online store. Prices start at €750.
