Revered for the impeccable leather finishing of calfskin, kagaroo leather and alligator skin in its production of Men’s shoes, boots, belts, bags, wallets, and bespoke ready-to-wear garments, we thought we’d seen it all but the LVMH subsidiary brand, Berluti surpasses all expectation once again.

Berluti Pays Tribute To Southern California’s Carefree Lifestyle With it’s First-Ever Beach Buggy

Introducing an all-new product – that no one saw coming, the 1960s inspired Berluti Beach Buggy was conceptualized by fashion designer, Kris Van Assche in tribute to Southern California’s carefree beach-going lifestyle.

Featuring the Berluti signature printed canvas on a leather-clad chassis, the buggy is based off Bruce F. Meyers’ original ‘Meyers Manx’, which straps an air-cooled 1600cc flat-four VW Beetle engine with a twin carburetor to a lightweight, all-terrain bodyshell, plus the added benefit of personalized qualities, a removable luggage carrier encased in black leather, a palladium-finished brass brand logo on the hood and the capability to achieve up to 90bhp.

Available for special order only, the Berluti Beach Buggy weighs an estimated 500KG, boasting rollover protection which easily converts to a surfboard stand, making it an ideal choice for those looking to take time off-road in search of the best waves.
