WATCH: Kate Moss stars in McQueen campaign
Kate Moss has just been unveiled as the brand new face of Alexander McQueen’s Spring/Summer 2014 campaign.
The London-based luxury label’s creative director Sarah Burton has picked British model Kate Moss as the face of the brand for Spring-Summer 2014.
Shot in East London by photographer Steven Klein, the campaign was inspired by 1960 Brit flick “Peeping Tom” and shows Moss holding a miniature doll version of herself, wearing the futurist-tribal pieces from the latest collection, with her hair slicked back and dyed a yellow-blonde color.
It’s not her first time in the spotlight forĀ Alexander McQueen. The Croydon-born model was a friend of the late designer and even appeared as a hologram version of herself during McQueen’s 2006 show in Paris.
Last season’s campaign star was fellow Brit (and 2013 ‘model of the year’ at the British Fashion Awards) Edie Campbell.
