Guests staying at the Conrad Bali will now be able to pick from a selection of luxury bath products, which include Shanghai Tang, Tara Smith Vegan Hair Care and Aromatherapy Associates.
This facility, part of the The Luxury of Being Yourself’ customization initiative, will allow guests to make their selection from a list of bath amenities before arriving at the hotel. Alternatively, guests can take their pick of the bath products upon check-in.
“People have grown increasingly conscious of the body products and fragrances they choose for themselves,” Tyra Lowman, senior director global spa full service and luxury brands at Hilton Worldwide told Elite Traveler magazine last week.
On top of this, the hotel, under the Hilton chain, will soon launch a mobile platform, the Conrad Concierge, to allow guests to personalize and pre-arrange other details relating to their stay.
This option to select bath amenities comes in the wake of the customization drive undertaken by the Hilton group of hotels.
In 2008, the Conrad collection of hotels introduced to guests a menu of up to 75 pillows to pick from, ranging from soft, medium, contour to foam firm.
Earlier this year, Goring Hotel London in collaboration with British beauty brand Molten Brown, launched a London via the World bathing menu, which will see a butler prepare a bath for guests after they pick out toiletries from an internationally themed selection.
