Iconic singing sensation Jennifer Lopez and award-winning actor Ben Affleck are reportedly in escrow with a US$50 million house in swanky Bel-Air, Los Angeles. The massive mansion was originally listed for US$65 million in February and is being sold by Texas billionaire Todd Lemkin, who acquired the home for US$27.6 million in 2016.
The 20,000 square foot estate boasts ten bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, seven attached garage spaces, a movie theatre, wet bar and gym. Outside and around the home are exquisite grounds with a vast main lawn, an infinity-edge pool and gorgeous pocket gardens throughout. It offers privacy and also stunning views of a golf course and the city.
Inside the luxurious home is also a chef’s dream, with a main show kitchen, a full catering kitchen and two additional ones for staff and guests. Its classic design features hardwood, marble and mixed floors.
