It was a day of elation for GuocoLand as it snagged four awards at the Asia Pacific edition of the International Property Awards. Out of the four awards, Midtown Modern took home three. These were Award Winner for Residential Development Singapore and Landscape Architecture Singapore and Best Development Marketing Singapore. Guoco Midtown took home the award for best in Mixed-Use Development Singapore.

Winning an award for mixed-use developments extends the developer’s track record in creating these quality developments. Some of its past accolades won include projects for Midtown Modern and Guoco Midtown. These include Midtown Modern which snagged three awards at the 11th Asia Property Awards 2021: Best Luxury Condo Development, Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design, and Best Luxury Condo Landscape Architectural Design. In the same year, Guoco Midtown clinched an award for Mixed-Use Development of the Year at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2021. The same development also won an award at the BCA Green Mark Awards 2020 for Green Mark (Platinum) for New Non-Residential Buildings.
