Hawaii’s Dillingham Ranch lists for $65 Million
Kennedy Wilson, a real-estate firm, has put a 2,700-acre ranch on the north shore of Hawaii’s Oahu island on the market for $65 million.
Kennedy Wilson, a real-estate firm, has put a 2,700-acre ranch on the north shore of Hawaii‘s Oahu island on the market for $65 million.
The property, named Dillingham Ranch, has 19 acres of shoreline property and is touted as one of the largest tracts of land on the island.
Kennedy Wilson renovated the property’s main lodge, an eight-bedroom house with a 3,000-square-foot great room and famous polo grounds.
Founded by Benjamin Franklin Dillingham, Hawaii’s first railroad tycoon, the ranch has hosted guests like Prince Charles, Noël Coward and Prince Hussein of Jordan.
