A duplex penthouse with a private outdoor pool atop 50 United Nations Plaza in Manhattan is going on the market for $70 million.
The glitzy duplex offers a private outdoor pool on the 525-square-foot outdoor terrace, along with four bedrooms and staff quarters.
The penthouse gobbles up the entirely of the top two floors of the building for a combined 9,700-square feet. But if that is still unimpressive, the Wall Street Journal reports that the bottom floor unit can also be tacked on for a price under $100 million.
The building, located provides 345 E 46th St., offers views of the East River and Queensboro Bridge.
The building is the first residential project in the U.S. designed by well known British architects Foster + Partners.
