New yachts from Italy: Ferretti Yachts 780 debuting in September 2017
With its eagerly anticipated world debut just months away, Ferretti Group has revealed plans to bring its new yacht around the world
When one speaks of flybridge yacht that has a commanding presence on the water, then the choice can be none other than Ferretti. The latest yacht in its arsenal is the Ferretti Yachts 780 that will be making its world debut later this year. While the technical launch has come and gone at a Ferretti Group Private Preview, the yacht will be making its presence known at the upcoming Cannes, Fort Lauderdale and Düsseldorf yacht shows later this year.
Having hit the waters of Cattolica where the brand’s production facility is located, it provided guests with an example of what Ferretti has to offer thanks to its 50-year history in the yachting industry. Come September, the Ferretti Yachts 780 will be seen at the Ferretti Group Private Preview in Monte Carlo, followed by its international premiere at the Cannes Yachting Festival. After its public debut, the yacht will make its way to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, where it will be presented to the American market. Next year the yacht will have the prestigious role of being a guest of honour at BOOT in Düsseldorf before being presented to the Asia Pacific region.
“The launch of Ferretti Yachts 780 is a major step in the ever-evolving journey of our brand, just a few days ahead of the equally important launch of Ferretti Yachts 920, the new maxi flybridge also built in the Cattolica yard,” said Stefano de Vivo, Chief Commercial Officer of Ferretti Group. “These are the two latest masterpieces by a brand which has been capable of winning over all of the main international markets. By now, Ferretti Yachts has established an enviable global presence, thanks to its innovative and distinctive design philosophy, as well as to its attention to the different needs of yachtsmen worldwide. Judging by the success of Ferretti Yachts 450 and Ferretti Yachts 850, we are certain that the new Ferretti Yachts 780 and the 92- footer will capture the hearts of yachting enthusiasts across Europe, Asia and the Americas.”
