MCY 70 – View from above

The ongoing Penang Rendezvous 2018 (26 to 29 July) just stirred up some waves in the regional yachting industry all thanks to Monte Carlo Yachts MCY 70 offering a craft for sale. The MCY 70 particularly addresses all aspects of the yacht – its aesthetics, hull integrity, details in the accommodation. But more importantly, the firm is bent on creating a craft that fuses design and performance to work hand in hand.

The MCY 70’s full is wide and offers a high-flared sea-going bow, integrating an advanced keel structure that features self-supporting sandwich plating together with longitudinal reinforcements, a bow crash box, and extensive use of Kevlar in the areas of greatest impact. These elements come together to create a solid but light shell that can take the punishment of the high seas.

MCY 70 – gorgeous profile

The MCY 70’s revolutionary build methodology is an execution in style, precision, and refinement. Unique to the craft is the compact flybridge which is narrower than the beam of the yacht but provides excellent all-round vision to cruise effortlessly. The stellar engine and drive configuration means she can cut through the water at a maximum 33 knots and will cruise at 24 knots. This striking eight-guest plus two-crew motor yacht is now available for sale at Penang Rendezvous 2018. Guests can take a peek at this luxurious craft and lounge on the numerous seating while enjoying a drink, or looking at the view outside.

MCY 70 – the spoils of its interiors

First-time guests will adore the cockpit and foredeck areas which are both huge, accessible and usable. The cockpit is fully sheltered and the aft bulkhead completely folds away making the rear saloon and the cockpit one huge space. There are also two huge sunpads which are arranged around semi-circular tables that rise out of the deck to provide open seating and dining for the entire complement, with recessed pop-up lights for evening meals or just reading in evening solitude.

MCY 70 – Stunning views from the flybridge

This is a yacht destined to solidify MCY’s loyal followers and snag some new converts, too.
