Custom Line 120

Against the enchanting backdrop of Cote d’Azur, Ferretti will have five new models at Cannes Yachting Festival 2018. These models will also be flanked by an impressive fleet of 25 other models. Distinguished by style and design, comfort and liveability, technological innovations and performance, said a spokesman, models making their debut are the Ferretti Yachts 670, Custom Line 120, Custom Line Navetta 42, Riva 110 Dolcevita, and the Riva 66 Ribelle.

The Group also drew attention to its commercial success of late, which has seen growth across all shipyards of 10.8 per cent. The Ferretti Yachts 670 “further raises the levels of elegance, comfort and performance that have always been part of the DNA of the historic brand, which this year celebrates its 50th anniversary”.

“This is the first Ferretti Yachts vessel with exterior design created in partnership with architect Filippo Salvetti, while the interiors are exclusively the work of the Group’s in-house architects and designers”. Similarly the Custom Line 120 is the first to bear the signature of Francesco Paszkowski, in partnership with Ferretti.

“This unique yacht re-imagines and combines stylistic features and elements of automotive design and residential architecture, adding in-depth research aimed at enhancing forms and volumes through furnishing choices in line with the very latest trends in contemporary living”.

This vessel will also be showcased at Monaco Yacht Show 26 to 29 September.
“The wait for the largest Custom Line Navetta ever built, the magnificent Navetta 42m, is over”, declares the spokesman. “This superyacht is the first of the brand to exceed 300 GT. The new Navetta proposes a layout of completely customisable interior spaces. A vast suite on the principal deck is available to the owner, while the layout of the lower deck allows four VIP suites for guests”. The 42 is also Monaco-bound after Cannes. The Riva 110 Dolcevita is the new fibreglass flagship of the fleet, and the second-born, following the Riva 100 Corsaro, of the brand’s updated flybridge range. It has a super-sporty profile, and a design enhanced by shaped glass windows and chrome-plated inserts. The vessel is again a collaboration between Officina Italiana Design, the studio founded by Mauro Micheli and Segio Beretta, and Ferretti. Can be seen at Monaco too. Last but not least of the new launches, the Riva 66 Ribelle introduces brand new elements to the distinctive traits of the brand.

Classic Riva

Working once more with Officina Italiana Design and built at Riva’s famous Sarnico yard, the model’s exterior lines “evolve by introducing new aesthetic and functional elements”, although traditional features such as mahogany and stainless steel are retained.
