Pagani has finally revealed its much rumoured and much anticipated successor to the Zonda: the Pagani Huayra., named after the Argentinean god of wind.
the new supercar is powered by an AMG-sourced 6.0-liter biturbo V12 engine with over 700 hp (522 kW / 710 PS) and 1000 Nm (737 Nm) of torque.
The top speed is claimed to be over 370 km/h (235mph) and 0-100 km/h is expected to take just 3.2sec.
The newcomer even gets a pair of SLS-like gullwing doors, which introduce the driver to a bespoke interior.
The supercar is built around an new carbon-titanium monocoque frame, while the body parts are constructed from carbon-fiber.
Lightweight materials are also used throughout the car, so the Huayra tips the scales at 1,350 kg (2,976 pounds).
Inside, the cabin is elegantly appointed with premium leather upholstery, milled aluminum components, and acres of carbon fiber trim.
The Huayra is also equipped with a touch-screen infotainment system and Bluetooth connectivity.
Production is slated to commence later this year and pricing is expected to start at ā¬1,000,000 ($1,368,800).
