Italian car brand Lancia has launched its Ypsilon ELLE in European markets with a new website and competition on its website.

The Ypsilon ELLE, a collaboration between Lancia and women’s fashion magazine ELLE, is available from the company’s website starting from €10,990 ($14,990).

The collaboration follows that between Citroen and GQ, which resulted in a model billed as the “ultimate gentleman’s drive.”

However, unlike GQ’s effort, women in Lancia’s European markets could soon be driving the 1.2 litre Ypsilon ELLE.

The model, which will have a limited run, features ABS brakes, four airbags, and a CD/MP3 player.

Available in two-toned black and white or metallic pink, the car is “inspired by the covers of ELLE magazine” and features the words “Je ne saurais vivre sans Elle” (“I could not live without it”) on the doors and bumpers.

Sixteen-inch alloy wheels in two colors (shiny black and chrome) complete the look. Inside, the designers used ELLE-branded black and white leather, white piping and chrome trims.

Lancia is asking visitors to its website to register and answer the question: “Who or what can’t you live without?” for a chance to win an Ypsilon ELLE.
