Global airline alliance SKYTEAM is offering customers pre-flight yoga in its Exclusive Lounge at London Heathrow’s Terminal 4.

The pre-flight yoga class is part of a two-month pilot project aimed at helping travelers zen out before boarding their plane and being confined to their seats for hours on end.

Held inside SkyTeam’s London Exclusive Lounge, the pop-up yoga studio will provide mats while classes will be guided via instructional videos.

Member airlines that fly out of Heathrow include Delta, Air France, KLM, Korean Air and China Eastern.

Heathrow joins airports in Helsinki, San Francisco, Dallas Forth Worth and Chicago in offering a yoga program.

Permanent wellness programs at the SkyTeam lounge at Heathrow include an oxygen bar, massage chairs and a range of complimentary treatments.
