The facade of the eatery has been completely transformed, and the space inside has also been reconfigured around the central element of a dishwashing trough.
After their meal, diners are asked to wash a certain quantity of dishes (with Mir products, of course), depending on the items ordered.
After savoring the chocolate cake, for example, a customer will be required to wash four flatware place settings.
For those willing to roll up their sleeves, reservations are now open for tables of between two and eight guests.
One service at lunchtime and two at dinner (7:00pm and 9:00pm) will allow a total of 30 people to try out the experience.
