As another remarkable year rolls to a close, in-come the season’s final festivities. Trading in the Disney decorations for bejeweled glamour, this year, Orchard Road showcases its technologically-savviest Christmas tree to date!

Bvlgari Wishes You A Merry Interactive Christmas at Orchard Road

Designed by Italian luxury jeweler, Bvlgari, the ION Orchard area is decked out with an 18.5m Fireworks Tree and free-standing Serpenti Necklace light structure inspired by the brand’s iconic pavé diamond piece.

Unfortunately, there are no legitimate jewels on display, however the Fireworks Tree features an opulent 15km strip of 200K LED RGB lights while the Necklace structure showcases 150,000 micro LED lights.

Designed for interactivity, awe-inspired spectators are now invited to do more than gaze. By downloading the BVL-Fireworks and BVL-Serpenti apps, users are given the opportunity to control and customize each structure’s lighting effects for up to 20secs. With a queue function, the apps also allow pre-generated selections for up to 100 users at a time – ensuring a steady rotation and equal opportunity for control. Both applications are available for download on Google Play and the App Store.

The Bvlgari Dream Maker Holiday Installations will be on display from 10am to 11pm daily, outside ION Orchard from now till 1^st January 2020.
