Prioritizing protein and grains in the form of nuts and oatmeal, Salt Bae admits he is not picky when it comes to his meals, provided he hits the daily quota of protein that he has set for himself. Armed with a simple philosophy which states, “No meal should make you feel guilty if you eat healthy and exercise regularly / I have to fuel my body to work out, and work out to eat the food I love,” Salt Bae’s current body fat percentage is a mere 5.8% – proving once again, that he is king of effortless exertion.
