After flogging coffee, whisky and Martini in recent years, actor George Clooney will be adding tequila to his ever-lengthening CV and plans to launch his own brand with Cindy Crawford’s nightlife impresario husband.

Clooney and Rande Gerber will be sharing a Mexican tequila they’ve been drinking for years with the mass market. The product will be named after the homes both men own in Mexico, Casamigos.

Clooney is the latest celebrity to dabble in booze. Recently, Drew Barrymore also ventured into the winemaking business with the launch of her eponymously named bottle Barrymore Pinot Grigio from Italy.
