Photographs of Annapurna by Sean Lynch brings Dr. Seuss to Mind
A Whimsical World
“From there to here, and here to there. Funny things are everywhere!”
Remember Dr. Seuss? The Lorax, The Sneeches, Green Eggs and Ham, The Cat in the Hat? What if a garden of Pink Poplar Trees existed in real life? Well they do! Only through the lens of photographer Sean Lynch, of course. This New York-based photographer was in Nepal last year and captured these dream-like, infrared photographs of Annapurna Himalayan Range. The pinkish, fluffly effect of the landscapes captured in these pictures brings to mind a place within Dr. Suess’s illustrated world.
