Coral Bay – Sabah’s Proudest Waterfront Property Gem

Undoubtedly, this project has attracted foreign buyers, about 30 per cent: 20 per cent from Hong Kong and mainland China, 5 per cent from Singapore, and another 5 per cent from Taiwan, Korea and Australia.
