Longines Global Champions Tour: Partnership Renewed till 2027
Longines demonstrates its commitment to equestrian sports with its ongoing relationship with the Global Champions Tour.
Perhaps no watchmaking brand has stronger ties with the world of equestrian sports than Longines, which is why the Swiss watchmaker has extended its titular partnership with the Longines Global Champions Tour until 2027. The Saint-Imier watchmaker remains title partner, official timekeeper and official watch for the show jumping circuit, as it has been since 2013. As the name implies, this is a global affair and serves as an elegant reminder of the historical partnership between humans and horses; in many ways, the Longines Global Championship Tour is a tribute to horse-power, literally.

The Tour has been much expanded in recent years, now including stops at Doha, Miami Beach, Shanghai, Monaco, Paris, Rome and New York, Fittingly, the latest edition of the Tour will include a new stop, Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. It all comes to a big finish with the Longines Global Champions Tour Super Grand Prix, bringing together the winners of each Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix leg for the Super Final.
Now Longines is the official watchmaker of the Tour, and thus has the official watch. It has been some time since the old equestrian-themed watches were phased out of the regular collection, so the Dolce Vita frequently plays that role. We think the Conquest model will be just as compelling. Longines itself recommends the Master collection, which has both ladies and gents models.
“The announcement of our continued partnership with the Longines Global Champions Tour is proof of an impactful relationship that helps shine a light on this fascinating sport while helping Longines secure its reputation as a major player in the field of show jumping,” said Matthias Breschan, Longines CEO. “We are very proud of how successful this collaboration has been and we look forward to seeing what else Longines and the Longines Global Champions Tour can achieve together for the benefit of all show jumping riders, horses and spectators worldwide.”
