Located in the heart of Lake Como, Italy, and along the gentle slopes of Sala Comacina, lies the great grey façade of moraine stone, constructed by architect, Lorenzo Guzzini. Comprising of two tower-like structures surrounding an infinity pool and a series of stepped living spaces, the residence dubbed ‘Villa Molli’, accommodates up to 12 guests with a dining area, kitchen, solarium, four master rooms and two standard rooms, complete with individual bathrooms.

Topped by a terrace, the Villa Molli showcases a range of views from every level through a mix of exposed living areas and sizeable window frames – ranging from uninterrupted aerial views in the kitchen, to sky views in the living room.

Complete with exposed concrete, dark wood, white-rendered walls and enclosed corridors, the Villa Molli’s interior is dramatically contrasted by the opposing ideas of ‘light’ and ‘dark’.
