For a good decade, Longines has been proud to share its values of tradition, elegance and performance with greatest tennis playing pair of our time: Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf.
The tennis legends, who also happen to be husband and wife, flaunt a remarkable track record in the field of the sport. Dubbed “The Kid of Las Vegas”, Agassi is generally known by critics and fellow tennis players as one of the greatest tennis players of all time. While Agassi was winning the title of an eight-time grand slam champion and a 1996 Olympic gold medalist, Steffi Graf was ranked world number 1 by the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA), a record that still has not been broken till this day. Their passion for tennis and endurance echoes Longines’ brand values for elegance and fortitude is projected through the many common campaigns shared throughout their long-standing partnership.

For the past 10 years, Graf and Agassi are proud to participate in the team of Ambassadors of Elegance for The Andre Agassi Foundation for Education. In 2007, Longines also became the official partner and timekeeper for the renowned Roland-Garros tournament dominated by Andre Agassi in 1999 (now dominated by Rafael Nadal).
This year, the brand celebrates the 10th anniversary by creating 10 limited edition watch sets for auction. The auction will be held until 2nd of July at 6 pm (UTC +2) to benefit the charities founded by the Ambassadors of Elegance: Children for Tomorrow and the Andre Agassi Foundation for education.
The official launch of the auction was held at the prestigious Musée Rodin in Paris, the perfect backdrop to host a celebration emblematic of generosity and elegance. For the auction, Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi will make special trips to the respective state of the foundations Hamburg and Las Vegas to present the watch sets “Conquest V.H.P. Stefanie Graf and Andre Agassi Foundation” to each buyer.
Each Longines Conquest V.H.P. watch set will be presented in the colours of the Roland-Garros tournament colours. Similarly, the watches itself also carry the accent hues on their hands, indexes and the rubber strap, as a nod to the Parisian clay courts.
