Limited Edition Rado HyperChrome Automatic Chronograph
The Rado HyperChrome Automatic Chronograph, which is a limited edition timepiece, will make its debut at Basel World 2018 next month.
For nearly three decades, high-tech ceramic has played a central role in Rado’s approach in watch-making. Outlined by its smooth stylish surfaces, be it in metallic or matte finish, today Ceramos™ comes in a variety of colours, including platinum, gold and rose gold. Much like Rado’s high-tech ceramic, it is a lightweight material that adjusts quickly to skin temperature, offering unrivalled comfort to the wearer.
The Rado HyperChrome Automatic Chronograph, which is one of Rado’s impressive timepiece, comes in a limited edition of 999 pieces. Measuring 45mm by 13mm, the classic case and bezel feature polished black high-tech ceramic, stainless steel with transparent sapphire case back. The black dial contrasts beautifully with the rose gold indicators and rose-gold Arabic numerals along with bronze elements applied to the crown, pushers and side inserts.
Powered by a Swiss automatic ETA caliber 2894-2, the Rado HyperChrome Automatic Chronograph has a power reserve of 42 hours and it is water resistant up to 100m. For a more vintage look, opt for a leather strap fitted with a steel folding clasp with polished black high-tech ceramic cover.
The Rado HyperChrome Automatic Chronograph will debut at Baselworld 2018 next month, and the price is said to fetch up to $5,000 when it hits the watch retailers later this year.
