For 2017 Spring/Summer, Clé de Peau Beauté has launched a whole new range of makeup products that now make up the Spring makeup collection. Taking inspiration from the coastal region of Cornwall, the brand’s makeup director, Lucia Pieroni brings elements of earth, water and air into eye colour duo palettes, blushes, enriched lip luminisers and nail lacquers. The palettes feature shades in both soft shimmer and soft matte finishes that provide options for all.

Cleé de Peau Beauté Eye Colour Duo

Featuring soft pinks, greens and blues are the six Eye Colour Duos that are far easier to carry around than the signature Eye Colour Quad. Of the six palettes, three boast neutral shades that can be worn on a day-to-day basis. The first, called Grounded features a deep brown and shimmering shade of sand that can be worn daily. The second is a palette called Calm that takes the warm pink seashell and pairs it with the soft pink sheen of an oyster shell. The last neutral palette, called Purity, features a shimmering lilac shade much like the lilac skies and a soft pink blush that resembles the light that is captured on the morning sea.

Clé de Peau Beauté Cream Blush

The last three of the six palettes boast darker shades that are somewhat unique and would be perfect for a night out. For the ultimate smokey eye finish, is Balance that represents the gathering of grey storm clouds and silvery streams of the moonlight as they dance on the sea. With Serenity, comes the contrasting deep inky blue ocean and taupe-coloured waves as they reflect the sun. The final palette of the collection and my personal favourite is Harmony. The lush greenery is represented by a deep green that sits beside a transparent and sparkling lighter hue of the same family.

Clé de Peau Beauté Enriched Lip Luminiser

For the cheeks, Clé de Peau Beauté brings us four blushes that are perfect for that lazy Summer day. Named Cranberry, Pale Fig, Persimmon and Perfect Peach, the blushes boast a new formulation that is long lasting, fade-resistant and energise the face for a youthful look. With the enriched lip luminiser, comes three new shades, called Ice Honey, lolly Pop and Raspberry Snapple that promise long-lasting moisture and a rich colour density from the first application.

Cleé de Peau Beauté Nail Lacquer

The final additions to the collection are the four nail lacquers that feature a balance of shimmery and solid shades. Boasting a lustrous finish, the lacquers help to shine the light on the digits in the most stylish way possible. For that touch of sparkle, is the Summer Haze that is a shimmering beige. The ocean is represented by Denim Beach that is a deep indigo blue while Magic Mushroom is a soft beige hue of the sand and sky. The final shade is Lavender Sky, which as the name suggests reflects the colour of the dusky clouds.
