It includes a two-tiered backyard with an outdoor dining room, fireplace, grill and citrus trees. A front patio has city and ocean views. The home’s bedrooms open up to the swimming pool.
The master suite has a large walk-in closet and a Zen-like bathroom with a sunken jetted stone soaking tub that also overlooks the pool.
Listing agent Ryan Brown of Rock Realty Group said the home’s privacy appealed to the actor, as did its indoor-outdoor entertaining spaces.

Mr. Grace added a passageway with a spiral staircase from the house into the garage, which was designed so the actor’s famous friends could avoid having to face paparazzi outside when they went to their cars.
Originally built in 1938, the home was updated to include an open-concept living room. More recently it has been painted, landscaped and staged “to soften the whole Hollywood Hills bachelor pad vibe,” according to PGL.
